1. Which areas of London do you cover and how would you find them different, in terms of guests?
“In terms of the areas, Valet Serviced Apartments cover most of Central London (Fitzrovia, Golden Square, Soho, Whitehall, Old Compton Street, Chelsea and Kensington Gardens), East London (Limehouse) and North London (West Hampstead, Wembley Park, Kilburn).”
“We get quite a few corporate clients for Limehouse due to its close proximity to Bank and Canary Wharf. Regarding all our other properties, we generally get tourists and people travelling for leisure purposes. The studio in Golden Square does cater to some corporate clients too.”
2. You take pride in your offering of a premium business class experience throughout your properties. What is it that defines this experience? Is this technology, co-working space, or other amenities?
“In terms of the premium business class experience, I would say that we ensure that all our apartments have premium fixtures and fittings. We provide every possible thing one would need in the apartment to make the stay as comfortable as possible.”
“We cater to the special requests of our clients too. For example, if someone makes a special request that they would like a quiet room or if they would like a room on the higher floors, we accommodate for this.”
“Moreover, all the facilities are top notch and there is a maintenance team who investigates any ad hoc problems. We aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible.”
3. It is the amenities which create a home away from home feeling. How are your serviced apartments equipped and tailored to make clients feel like they never left home?
“I would classify our apartments as a home away from home because we provide cleaning facilities and change of linens free of cost. It is generally done once a week.”
“All our apartments have washing machines to ensure that you feel at home. The kitchens are fully furnished with gas hobs and all the necessary pots and pans. In most of the apartments, we also provide dishwashers. We want to ensure that our guests have a good stay with us. We aim to get clients to book with us every time they need any accommodation.”
“Overall, we try to build good personal relationships with the clients, treating them like our family.”
