PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The focus of the Partners Account Executive will be to support all elements of relationship management and the content listings with SITU’s suppliers. 

You will play a key role in ensuring suppliers’ compliance with industry standards, as well as conducting regular quality and service checks.

SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

The main focus of the Sales Support Executive is to complete quotes for our busy sales team to ensure our client service level agreements are met every time.

You will help to maintain supplier database growth based on client demand, whilst also regularly meeting with the sales team and Service Delivery Manager to discuss key client locations.

MARKETING CONTENT EXECUTIVE

The main focus of the Marketing Content Executive will be ensuring the best online content is presented on the SITU website.

Successful applicants will ensure that the website is accurately presented, displaying high-resolution apartment images and engaging content to best present SITU’s apartment options to its clients.

SITU is looking for a Cleaner (16 hours per week) to join our growing team. The role involves cleaning our commercial Office based in Exeter. 

This role would appeal to someone who is able to work without supervision and under their own initiative.

APPRENTICESHIPS AT SITU

SITU are currently offering office based apprenticeship opportunities for students interested in Business Admin, Supply Chain and other similar disciplines.

These apprenticeships provide an excellent opportunity to learn new business skills, familiarise yourself with business operations and expose yourself to the day to day work generated by an agency in the hospitality space.

SUPPLY CHAIN RESEARCH ASSISTANT - INTERNSHIP

Working closely with the Supply Chain team, the researcher will carry out research projects which assist in the ongoing development of the supply chain growth at SITU, via desk research of new suppliers globally in-line with the wider business objectives.

Main duties including supporting the Supply Chain Manager and Supplier Account Managers in the collation of data for regular reporting purposes, uploading new supplier details as provided and directed by the Supply Chain team and accurate uploading of legal compliance documents.
