Inside Sales Executive

SITU is looking for an inside sales executive to join its growing team in Exeter and wants to hear from experienced and talented sales professionals who thrive on working with high-quality, qualified leads within an ambitious, positive and forward-thinking environment.

 

SITU assists business travellers’ and companies relocating their staff globally to source, book and manage temporary accommodation, delivered through our unique in-house technology and award-winning customer service.  We make accommodation bookings across the UK, Europe and worldwide to a client or traveller brief; ensuring that every detail is considered on their behalf and communicated clearly to all parties involved.

 

Being an inside sales executive at SITU means enthusiastically engaging every lead that comes into the business within an allocated timeframe – whether this be from our industry leading website (www.situ.co.uk), e-mail or phone.  Using personality, professionalism, knowledge and importantly a real connection with our guests and their requirements, an inside sales executive is the first experience our clients and guests have with SITU and sets their expectation for the high-level of service they will receive from the company. 

 

Inside sales executives work with the operations team to deliver quotes within agreed internal SLA’s account management team to create retained, repeat clients.

 

Candidates need to have very strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated by delivering excellent service and enjoy the pressure of revenue targets.  Administrative skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and phone skills are also a must.  Minimum of two years in a previous sales role is required, or equivalent supporting experience.

Job: Inside Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 per annum, OTE year 1, £26,000 + phone & laptop
Core Hours: 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
