Who are we? / Who is SITU Serviced Apartments?

We are global accommodation specialists who provide a home away from home for corporate, professional and business travellers across the globe. Benefitting from years of experience, SITU has established itself as a trusted serviced accommodation provider to the corporate travel sector and continues to assist travellers with bespoke accommodation solutions worldwide.

When was SITU established?

SITU was established in 2008 with head offices in the beautiful city of Exeter, in the South West of England. Ever since we have become an ever-expanding global serviced accommodation provider.

Where are we (SITU) based?

The SITU team and its headquarters live in Exeter’s Sowton Industrial Estate, just a five-minute walk away from the Digby & Sowton train station. We are also conveniently just off the M5, via junction 30, and no further than a fifteen-minute car journey from Exeter’s city centre. This means we are within close vicinity of the University and the beautiful Exeter Cathedral, as well as Exeter Central, St Thomas and St Davids train stations.

SITU has featured serviced apartments worldwide in over 500 locations. Our supply chain is always expanding too as we continue to adapt to the requests of all our clients and provide bespoke accommodation solutions.

Who are SITU’s clients?

SITU has a broad range of clients from a wide selection of industries.  Oil, finance, media, IT, gas and construction industries are just a few that we support by supplying global serviced accommodation options. As well as that, we also have experience in providing service and software solutions to new and existing industry partners, such as relocation companies, insurance service providers, travel agencies and event organisers.
