How do I make a reservation or place a booking through SITU?

To make a reservation or book a serviced apartment with SITU, you can:

How will I know my reservation has been placed?‚Äč

Guests will receive an email confirming the reservation from us once the booking has been placed.

How can I amend a reservation?

A reservation can be amended by contacting your SITU reservation agent or the email shown on your booking confirmation (hello@situ.co.uk). Be aware though that amendments can only be processed during our office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm), and any amendments made outside of these hours will only be effective from the following working day.  


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?

The minimum length of stay in a serviced apartment with SITU is three nights.


What cancellations policies are applied to reservations?

Cancellation policies are various across SITU’s featured accommodation. A typical cancellation policy may require guests to give notice regarding their booking at least fourteen days in advance of their booking start date. Our Account Managers will also confirm, and can reconfirm, any terms and conditions, including the relevant cancellation policy to guests throughout the reservation stage. Guests will also be made aware of how they can cancel a reservation.


Is there an extension option for bookings through SITU?

Extension options for our apartments are varied depending on the location and building a guest is staying in. However, there is a guaranteed option to extend available for many of our properties when guests book for stays surpassing a one-month period. You can always contact a member of the SITU team to find out more about your potential extension options relevant to your booking.
