Cancellation policy

All cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the first night unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so.
However, you have the right to:
accept the changed arrangements as notified
or make alternative arrangements with Town & Country Apartments 
or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to Town & Country Apartments in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation). For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any accommodation.
In the event of a non-arrival, the first night will be charged and the apartment will be released after 24 hours if we have been unable to make contact with you.
During your stay, should you wish to check-out earlier, you are required to inform us as soon as possible. Bookings will be subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Large oil and gas firms are within walking distance of the apartments whilst the business parks in Westhill and Kingswells are easily accessed by a short car or bus journey. Similarly, the main industrial estates near Duthie Park and Cove Bay are approximately 10 minutes’ drive away. Guests will be within walking distance of fine west end bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The city of Aberdeen, also known as the Granite City or the Silver City, is a short 10 minute drive from the apartments for access to a variety of high street shops and shopping centres.
