Cancellations
If a guest's arrangements are on a rolling/monthly basis then 14 days notice is required for requests to extend or leave the booked property.
However, if payment is made upfront for the full amount we do not offer any refund.
Guests will have until 14 days prior to arrival to cancel their booking without incurring a charge, once payment has been made they won’t be eligible for a refund.
CSAL cancellation policy is set out hereafter. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification and cancellation:

UNDER 14 DAYS - Full Charges
UNDER 24 HOURS- Full Charges
NON-ARRIVALS – Full Charges
Chances to change bookings to another date are possible depending on availability; changes will be accepted if made before the 28 days upon arrival. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of CSAL when circumstances are beyond our control, including (but not exclusively) act of god, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, revolution, act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightening, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility, renovations of the property, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.
