Cancellation policy

Housekeeping: A light clean and tidy up housekeeping service is provided Monday to Friday and a full cleaning service is provided once a week. Housekeeping is also available over the weekend on a request basis.

Non-Smoking: Please note that the smoking ban across the UK is now enforced and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the properties including all suites and public areas. A ‘smoking fee’ will be charged to any suite that the management determines has been smoked in. The fee will be determined by the General Manager as appropriate to the case.

Parking: Please enquire directly with NCP Londonderry and High Street for seasonal prices.

Payment and Guarantee: Payment is typically taken in full or on a weekly basis. A reservation guaranteed with a credit card will be authorised for payment on the morning of the planned day of arrival, unless the reservation is cancelled as per the cancellation policy. A credit card number or valid credit application is required in order to guarantee a reservation.

Invoicing: Invoices can only be requested once the agreement of credit has been arranged and confirmed. New credit account requests will be directed to www.businessadvantage.ihg.com

Extension of Stay / Early Departure: Should you require an extension or reduction of a bookings’ length of stay, please notify our Reservations Team as soon as possible. Please note that this may result in an adjustment of the above-mentioned room rate as this is based on the length of stay and an Early Check out Fee of £100 + VAT may be applied.

Cancellation and No Show: Please note that unless stated otherwise, our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel a reservation please contact the hotel directly prior to the above stated time in order to avoid a charge. Should a guest not arrive for a confirmed booking, the booking will be considered as cancelled and a charge equal to seven nights will be charged. Failure to show on the booked arrival date without notification will also result in the full automatic cancellation of the remainder of the booking.

Special Requests: Please let us know of any special requirements prior to arrival such as taxi arrangements, preferences etc. Any services incurring a cost will be added to the guests’ account unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.

Check-In and Check Out: Check-in time is at 3:00pm. Staybridge Suites Birmingham will be happy to store luggage for early arrivals, Check-out time is at 11:00am. Staybridge Suites Birmingham is happy to accommodate late check-outs based on the availability of the appropriate suite(s), but this cannot be guaranteed. If a suite is occupied past any agreed time, an additional charge may be applied.

Black-out dates: The property reserves the right to add or remove black-out dates as required and the above rates are based on Non-Last Room Availability. All rates are subject to increases or decreases based on the current demand for the dates requested.

General suite conditions: Any damage to our suites or public areas caused by a guest that is beyond fair wear and tear or malicious may incur a charge for which the guest and/or their company is liable.

Loss and damage: Guests are advised to insure their personal property as Staybridge Suites Birmingham cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Use of Accommodation: The accommodation is for the sole use of the person(s) specified at the time of booking.

VAT: Where required by law, VAT will be added to charges for rent and other services at the applicable rate(s).

Rates: The attached rates are valid from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 and for the Staybridge Suites Birmingham only and subject to availability. Should you require rates for any other location, we’d be happy to arrange this for you. These rates will be available directly with the above properties only and not through GDS, our website or IHG Central Reservations. If you wish to use GDS then our Best Available Rates are bookable including commission.
