Cancellation policy

For all bookings for 7 nights plus, cancellations must be confirmed in writing by [email protected] , before 10.00AM and at least 21 days prior to arrival. Guests making cancellations outside this period will be charged for the total stay. Guests making cancellations within the above period will be eligible for a full refund. Bookings for our apartments are almost always made in advance and for relatively lengthy stays. It is very difficult, therefore, to re-let an apartment after a booking has been cancelled at short notice.
*Nightly rentals are non-refundable or transferable unless 5 days written notice is given.
* No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
* The booking will be cancelled on the day that the written notice of cancellation is received by us.
Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance company if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that clients purchase adequate travel insurance. Regrettably, for the reasons given above, we have to treat any curtailment of your stay as a cancellation.

Less than a five minute walk from Chorleywood underground and railway station, guests staying in the Chorleywood Serviced Apartments can access Baker Street underground station within 30 minutes. Close to the M25 and public transport services, guests will be in a great location for travel around the area whilst being close to the many parks and open spaces near Harefield, Denham and Amersham. London Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes’ drive south of the apartments and London Luton Airport is 30 minutes’ north, for guests requiring domestic or international flights.
