Cancellation policy

IV. The landlord reserves the right to charge a total of 25% of the total unexpired rental value in the case of any cancellation, at any time, by the client.
XI. Vacation must be arranged with the landlord no later than 14.00pm of the day prior to the determination of the Term. Failure to do so will lead to a further night’s occupation being charged at the contract rate. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenant to arrange this with the Landlord.
