Great for the theatre, the beach and for business travellers coming to the town of Eastbourne, Cavendish Serviced Apartment is a two bedroom property situated within an attractive period building. The furnishings combine a classical feel in keeping with the surroundings with the expectations of the modern guest, and the facilities include a thoroughly modern kitchen and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom is a double and the second bedroom a twin. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. There are a few steps up to this raised ground floor apartment. It is only a 10-minute walk to the train station but if you are travelling by car, parking permits can be provided so you can park on the street (£2 per car, per day). Restaurants, shops and attractions are an easy stroll away.

The charming town centre has a surprising number of excellent restaurants and a good selection of shops to while away a few hours. There is also the excellent contemporary Towner art gallery, plus four theatres, bars and clubs. It is also a family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway and Treasure Island offer plenty of entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions.
