Cancellation policy

5.1 To make a reservation the Guest shall be required to pay in GBP a Deposit which shall be 50% of the total Rental charge or full booking payment if reservation is at short notice. All payments are to be made either through a bank transfer, cash deposit or in certain circumstances cheques will be accepted at the discretion of the company.

5.2 Whilst reservations are accepted by the Company it may at its entire discretion, cancel the reservation up to 7 days prior to the booking date. The Guest may also cancel up to 7 days prior to the Booking date and receive a full refund less a charge of £50 plus to cover administration costs of the cancellation. If a cancellation is within 1 – 7 days of arrival no refund will be payable and the full payment still falls due.

5.3 The Guest may elect to pay the full amount of the Rental at the time of making the reservation in order to confirm the Booking. However, the Guest accepts that once a Booking is confirmed, no full refunds will be provided for any reasons whatsoever and the same rules apply as in cancellations section.

5.4 The Balance is due on the Guest arrival; this is the standard Due Date. Failure to pay on or before the Due Date will result in the cancellation of the Reservation and the loss of any Deposit paid. The Guest accepts that the Company does not issue a reminder when the Balance is due and it is entirely the Guests responsibility to ensure that the Balance is paid on or before this date again payments made before arrival can accepted through bank transfer or cash deposit, if the balance is to be paid on arrival at the property then payment will only be accepted in cash.
