Cancellations Policy
Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing by Access Accommodation at the time of booking.
For reservations of:
- 6 night’s duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
- 7 to 28 nights, then 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.
- 29 to 89 nights, then 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.
- 90 +nights, then 28 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.
Cancellation Charges (if outside of cancellation policy)
  Stays of 1-6 nights will be charged a 1 night early departure fee.
 Stays of 7-14 nights will be charged 3 nights early departure fee.
 Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights early departure fee.
 Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights early departure fee.
 Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 28 nights early departure fee.
Early Departure Charges

Non-Arrivals
It is the responsibility of the Client and/or designated booking agent to provide Client contact details in the event of a non-arrival.
