Cancellation policy

We offer two different rates. If you’d like to change or cancel any aspect of your stay, a flexible rate is available for purchase at the time of booking. Otherwise, standard rates apply. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy (see below).

Standard rate cancellation policy

For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 24-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.

After the 24-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Flexible rate cancellation policy

Available for purchase on bookings less than $15k / £10k / €12.5k

If you've selected the flexible rate you can cancel your booking fully, or make one partial cancellation, at any point up to 48 hours before the start of the stay and receive a full refund, less the flexible fee.

Within 48 hours of the start of the stay, we cannot refund the booking.

Hamptons and French Riviera cancellation policy

For Hamptons and French Riviera, after the 24-hour period from the time of booking, bookings are non-refundable. Our flexible rate is not available for homes in these locations.

The entrance is one floor below street level, where guests will find all the bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as an extra sitting room. Upstairs is where the kitchen and dining area is located, and also the main sitting room. For outside space, the property has a patio and access to a communal garden.
