Cancellation policy

For a weekly reservation (7-29 nights), 7 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 7 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the remainder of the stay. For the early departure of a weekly in-house resident, a 7 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 7 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the remainder of stay.

For a monthly reservation (30 to 89 nights), 15 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee once a reservation is confirmed. If notice is given less than 15 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the remainder of the stay. For the early departure of a monthly in-house resident, a 15 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 15 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the remainder of the stay.

For a monthly reservation (90+ nights), 30 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee once a reservation is confirmed. If notice is given less than 30 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the equivalent of one month stay. For the early departure of a monthly in-house resident, a 30 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 30 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the equivalent of one month stay.

All cancellation and extensions must be made in writing via email. Extensions are subject to availability on the time of request.
