MONTHLY (30+ Day Reservation): 14 or more days prior to move in = FULL REFUND / 13 to 0 days = 0% of payment

WEEKLY (8-29 Day Reservation): 14 or more days prior to move in = FULL REFUND / 13 to 0 days = 0% of payment

DAILY (1-7 Day Reservation): 14 or more days prior to move in = FULL REFUND / 13 to 0 days = 0% of payment

Post Move-In:

30 day reservations or less:

Guest is responsible for the full lease term.

Reservations over 30 days:

Guest will not be refunded previously paid rents and will be charged a 30 day cancellation fee, unless the supplier agrees in writing to adjust the cancellation fee.
