Cancellation policy

8. Should it be necessary to cancel a booking prior to arrival, we require notice at least 14 days notice prior to the arrival date. Where a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, refunds of any rent or deposit paid are made subject to the premises being re-let on normal terms.

Curtailed bookings:

Where a booking is curtailed after a guest has checked in, the following notice periods are required to be given:

For bookings up to 28 nights-7 days' notice
For bookings between 29 and 56 nights-14 days' notice
For bookings between 57 and 84 nights-21 days' notice
For bookings in excess of 84 nights-28 days' notice
