Cancellation and Insurance

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement with you is a legal contract. You are allowed however to cancel your stay up until 2 weeks before you are due to arrive. From that point onwards, even if you decide not to, or are unable to, use the apartment(s), you remain liable to pay for the booking in full. For these reasons we strongly recommend that you consider taking out appropriate cancellation insurance.
