Cancellation policy

Weekly
For a weekly reservation (7-29 nights), cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of stay plus tax. For the early departure of a weekly in-house resident who shortens their length of stay, a 48 hour advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 48 hours, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 50% of the remainder of stay plus tax.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservation. Full payment is required upon check-in. No resales.
Monthly
For a monthly reservation (30 nights), Cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 15 nights of room and tax charges. For the early departure of a monthly in-house resident who shortens their length of stay, a 15 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 15 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 50% of the rent for first 30 days plus tax.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservation. Full payment is required upon check-in. No resales.
