Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation for bookings must be received by Oakwood at least 14 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 14  days prior to the arrival date, Oakwood will charge the Client for either the full length of the reservation or 14 days, whichever is the lesser. In the event that the apartment is re-let, Oakwood will only charge from the arrival date up until the new rental period.
