Cancellation policy

72 Hours Cancellation Policy (stays of 3 – 6 nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 3 - 6 nights have to be received by “insert company name” in writing, at least 3 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period “insert company name” will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, “insert company name” will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 3 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 3 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.
7 Nights Cancellation Policy (stays of 7 – 27 nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 7 - 27 nights have to be received by “insert company name” in writing, at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period “insert company name” will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, “insert company name” will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 7 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 7 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.
14 Nights Cancellation Policy (stays of 28 – 89 nights):
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 - 89 nights have to be received by “insert company name” in writing, at least 14 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period “insert company name” will not charge any cancellation fee.
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, “insert company name” will refund, less the amount of nights outside the 14 nights, subject to a maximum cancellation charge of 14 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.
