Just to the northwest of Nottingham city centre and Nottingham Trent University, the property is within easy walking distance of all the main shops and businesses. Two small supermarkets are within a five-minute walk of the property, one of them on Alfreton Road where there are a number of other shops, eateries and bars. The Arboretum is also close, which makes for some enjoyable outside space and the tram runs by at the end of the road.
