4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to our office at the following address: Celador Apartments, Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, RG1 3EU or by email. Written acknowledgement is required from our office for the cancellation to be valid.
4.2 For cancellations made within 14 days of commencement of stay a cancellation fee equal tothe length of stay or 14 nights, whichever is the less amount will be charged.
4.3 For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to commencement of stay a fee equal to the initial 25% deposit will be charged.
4.4 No refunds will be made for non-arrivals or deposits taken.
4.5 Should you need to vacate the apartment earlier than that which is on your booking form, an early vacate fee will be charged. This will be equal to the remainder of your stay or 14 nights, whichever is the less amount.
4.6 Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to claim cancellation charges from your insurance company if you have taken out travel insurance. Celador Apartments recommends that the booker / principle occupier purchase adequate travel insurance.
