Cancellation policy

In the event of individual suite guaranteed reservation cancellation by the Company or by guest as well as in case of “no-show”, the Hotel shall have the right to charge the Company or directly the guest the cancellation fee such as follows
booking up to 6 nights – reservation has to be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation per suite will be charged plus applicable taxes.

Cancellation policies for bookings more than 7 nights:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival - free of charge;
Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival - 30 % penalty of room revenue;

Between 14 and 6 days prior to arrival - 50 % penalty of room revenue;

Between 5 days and the day of arrival - 70 % penalty of room revenue;

Changing of reservation policy before check-in:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival - free of charge;

Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival:
- 50% of room nights free of charge.
- 51-100% of room nights - 50% penalty of cancelled room revenue.

Between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival:
- 20% of room nights free of charge.
- 21-100% of room nights - 80% penalty of cancelled room revenue.
7 days and less prior to arrival the number of cancelled room nights - 100% penalty of cancelled room revenue.

Cancellation policy in case of early check-out:

In case of early check-out if it is cancelled 1-25% of agreed period, 50% of cancelled room revenue will be charged.

In case of early check-out if it is cancelled 25-50% of agreed period, 75% of cancelled room revenue will be charged.

In case of early check-out if it is cancelled more than 50% of agreed period, 100% of cancelled room revenue will be charged.
