Cancellation policy

1 – 28 night cancellation policy
For stays of 1 – 28 nights, guests cancelling their stay or making early departures may be subject to charges.
If notice of 7 days or more is provided before check-in, guests will be liable to 25% of the booking fee.
If notice is given within 6 days or less of the check-in dates, guests will be liable to 50% of the booking fee.
29 - 89 night cancellation policy
For stays of 28 – 89 nights, guests cancelling their stay or making early departures may be subject to charges.
If notice of 14 days or more is provided before check-in, guests will be liable to 25% of the booking fee.
If notice is given within 13 days or less of the check-in dates, guests will be liable to 50% of the booking fee.
90 nights+ cancellation policy
For stays of 90 nights+, guests cancelling their stay or making early departures may be subject to charges.
If notice of 28 days or more is provided before check-in, guests will be liable to 25% of the booking fee.
If notice is given within 27 days or less of the check-in dates, guests will be liable to 50% of the booking fee.
