The property will be available from 4pm on 11th February 2020 and must be vacated by 10am on 24th February 2020 .Pear Tree House is a totally non smoking property and I would like to draw your attention to our 'No smoking policy' in the booking form which you previously signed and returned. There is a garden for any guest who wishes to smoke.
There is one off street parking place on the driveway in front of Pear Tree House. If there are any additional vehicles there are pay and display bays directly in front of Pear Tree House. These are approximately £2 per day between 8.45am-5.30 pm Mon-Sat.
As we may not be around when you arrive,,please find below instructions for entry into the property.
The key to the property will be in a small black box which is attached to the left hand side of the door to Pear Tree House (it will be obvious when you see it) To open this box pull the black protective cover down (it will remain attached to the box at the base) to reveal the buttons on which you enter the code 1508.
Slide the large top black button downwards to open. There is 1 set of keys inside the box: another set will be in the wooden dish on the upstairs hall table.
In order to replace the door of the box repeat the above ie type in 1508 then slide top black button downwards and slide bottom of door into place slotting top of door upwards.
Replace black protective cover.In the box will be 2 keys: one for each lock on the front door.
In the house you will find a folder on the hall table which will answer any questions you may have when you arrive ie things to see and do etc,places to eat, heating, hot water etc.

You will also find a list of phone numbers to contact in an emergency please do not hesitate to use these if needed.
