Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel your booking after the Cancellation Deadline you will be charged the full value of your booking, including any booking extras you have selected for the duration of your stay.

We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel and personal insurance cover. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim our cancellation charges from your insurance company. Any curtailment of your stay will be treated as a cancellation.
