Thank you for making a reservation with Valet Apartments Whitehall. Please take a few moments to read the contents of this email as it contains important information regarding your upcoming stay with us.
Property Address: 53 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2HP - The nearest underground stations are Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern line), Leicester Square (Piccadilly and Northern line) and Westminster (Jubilee, Circle and District line).
Arrival Process: Please follow these steps to access your apartment: 1) As you arrive at 53 Whitehall, on a small street called Great Scotland Yard, you will see a key safe with the name "FRED" written on it (next to the grey door of The Clarence Pub). Enter code 7459 to open the safe and retrieve the key and fob. Then, please close the key safe. 2) Use the fob against the white panel next to the door to enter the building, alternatively enter the '2015' code in the keypad. 3) Climb up the stairs as far as you go (follow signs marked "Private"), and you will come to another door with a keypad - use the fob again or enter the '2016' code in the keypad.Your apartment is on the last (top) floor, marked number 2 on the white door. /!\ Please be very careful with the keys (any lost set will incur a £50 charge). Call us if you lock yourself out during our office opening hours (every day 9:00 - 20:00). Please note that if you lock yourself out when the office is closed, we will not able to help you until the next day. Please let us know if you would like for us to send an agent to meet you in person upon your arrival. This is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Arrival Time Policy: Standard arrival time: From 2pm to 7pm. Early arrival: Subject to availability and for an additional fee of £30 you can access the property from 11am, but please let us know 24 hours in advance if you wish to do so. If you wish to arrive earlier than 11am, you will need to book the night before (subject to availability). Alternatively, whilst we do not offer concierge services, it is possible to leave your belongings at our office in central London from 9am (please contact us to arrange this). Late arrival: Please let us know if you wish to arrive after 7pm as we may need to make alternative access arrangements (subject to availability).
Departure Process: When you are ready to leave, please leave the keys on the dining table and close the door behind you. You do not need to wait for our team to collect the keys from you.
Departure Time Policy: We have a policy for occupants to depart by 10am (please note the cleaning company will arrive shortly thereafter), however a later departure time of 1pm may be agreed for a fee of £30, however this must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Whilst we do not offer concierge services, if you need to store your belongings beyond 10:00am you can do so free of charge at our office in central London (please contact us to arrange this).

Cleaning services, bed linens and toiletries (toilet paper, handwash, all in one shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided via a suitable provider, Thames Services Limited and are replenished on a weekly basis, and only on the designated cleaning day. For convenience the cost of these services has been included in the agreed rental fee.
House Rules: By renting the property you agree to comply with the following terms:
• No unauthorised guests, parties, loud music, illegal or immoral activities.
• No smoking inside the property or any part of the building (including any open areas or terraces). You will be charged a £250 fine for breaking this rule.
• Follow the arrival and departure policies explained above.
